This Privacy Policy forms part of the Member Policies incorporated into the SOUM HAUS Terms of Service.

  • Payment transaction records (payment card details are processed securely by our authorised payment service providers. SOUM HAUS does not store your full payment card details.)
  • Photographs or videos where consent has been provided or where otherwise permitted by law

  • Technical information relating to your use of our website or booking platform

2. How We Use Your Personal Data

  • Process purchases and payments.
  • Administer memberships and packages.
  • Manage class bookings and attendance.
  • Send booking confirmations, reminders and service updates.
  • Notify you when your package is approaching expiry or has limited remaining credits.
  • Respond to enquiries and provide Member support.
  • Maintain attendance and safety records.
  • Improve our Services and Member experience.
  • Comply with legal or regulatory obligations.
  • Send marketing communications where you have consented or where otherwise permitted by law.

3. Health Information

Where you voluntarily provide health-related information, we will use it only for purposes reasonably related to your safe participation in our Services.

We ask that you provide only information relevant to your participation.

  • Service providers supporting our operations, including our booking and member management platform (currently vibeFam), payment processors, IT providers and communication platforms.

  • Other parties where you have authorised us to do so or where disclosure is otherwise permitted by law.

You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time. Operational communications relating to your bookings, memberships or Member account will continue where necessary.

SOUM HAUS primarily collects and manages personal data in Singapore.

Where personal data is processed or stored outside Singapore by trusted third-party service providers engaged by SOUM HAUS, we will take reasonable steps to ensure that your personal data continues to receive a standard of protection comparable to the requirements of Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

SOUM HAUS may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will be available through our official communication channels.

Your continued use of our Services after an updated Privacy Policy takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
